Tappan Zee Manor is an assisted living community licensed by the New York State Department of Health. We provide a variety of health care and personal services to our residents. Our services include, but are not limited to: Medication management, prescription delivery, booking of all doctors’ appointments, transportation to and from all doctors’ visits, in-house physicians and therapists, daily personal care, case management and Hospice services.
These services are coordinated by our Wellness Department with you as an integral member of that team.
Our monthly rates are determined in two ways (Note: We do not have a community fee):
We offer large studio apartments as well as two types of one bedroom apartments. We have one bedroom apartments with one bathroom and one bedroom apartments with two bathrooms.
Prior to moving in we will conduct an assessment of your health needs. This assessment is done by one of our highly trained staff members who will meet with you and your family. With your input, we will determine the type of care you may or may not need.
Our basic level monthly rate includes your private apartment, utilities (except for cable and phone), three meals and daily snacks, scheduled transportation, daily housekeeping, weekly linen and laundry service, recreational programs, emergency call systems and medication supervision.
If you should need more than the basic level of care, we offer many assisted living services:
Your level of care assessment will determine the right combination and frequency appropriate for you or your loved one. Other assistance can be provided if necessary.
